Appliance Sales
We offer the sale of both new and used major appliances: including washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers. We strive to get new appliances daily and our inventory frequently changes. Check our our "Appliances for Sale" tab to see what we have in stock!

New appliances are open box - they come to use due to customer return, dents/scratches, as former floor models, or from damage on delivery. New appliances are still tested and professionally cleaned. All new appliances come with our 6 month repair or replace guarantee!

Used/Refurbished appliances come to us after customer use. We only choOse appliances that are newer/modern and an excellent condition. Used/Refurbished appliances come with our 90-day guarantee (repair or replace). A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged for any Returned/Exchanged and/or Canceled Equipment.
Appliance Repair
We offer VERY LIMITED appliance repair. Our first obligation is to our retail and wholesale customers. We cannot promise same day or emergent services; but you are welcome to inquire about availability!

Our service charge is $100 and our labor charge (per hour) is $50. We do not mark-up parts and go through a couple local parts providerS who can provide us with next day parts a lot of the time. We will let you know if there will be a delay in obtaining parts.

We can provide you with quotes/estimates prior to your appointment but actually seeing the appliance/problem is the only way to determine actual cost. Please use our contact form or contact us through Facebook for more information.
90 Day or 6 Month Warranty
All sales are final and no refunds are issued. Warranty period starts when unit is plugged in and will be discussed at time of sale. Cosmetic issues, accidental, or intentional damage is not covered by warranty.

Refrigerator warranties do not begin until 24 hours after sale: Refrigerators should remain unplugged for a pre-determined (by D2D Appliances Technician) amount of time before plugging in to allow refrigerant and oils to settle in the compressor. Failure to wait CAN cause your sealed system to fail and this will not be covered by warranty.

Please allow ice-makers 24-48 hours to produce ice before calling/contacting for warranty work. Please ensure that you've primed your waterline properly and feel free to reach out for assistance with this.
All used/refurbished appliances come with a 90-day repair/replace guarantee. If we do not have the exact replacement, we will replace with a unit of equal or superior value. We will always attempt repair first.

New appliances come with a 6-month warranty that includes repair/replacement. You are welcome to try to register your product with the manufacturer for the factory warranty but we do not guarantee this will be available for all units.
